Hi Tado team

I am now seeking to buy the Tado ac control v3 in hk. When will it be possible to buy it in hk.
Secondly, may I ask does Tado ac controller support to receive the remote signal after installed, cuz sometimes I still use remote controller, but if I use it, smart ac controller will be confused with the status of ac. Thank you
