Boiler comes on but timer set for off

We're new to this boiler. We set timer for the week with day time temperatures and off for night. Last night we woke to boiler on and house warm. How do we fix that so off at night? Thanks. Hope you are all safe and sane! Sleep deprived of Derby. X

    @DrRob Hello from the Crooked Spire just up the M1!! Was this night time heating a one-off occurrence. If so it's not all that unusual as I and a few others on here have had similar. In my case one occurrence only.

    If more than a single occurrence, can you let us know what tado equipment you have please and how it's set up? I'm not at all sure about your comment on the new boiler.
