Tado not switching on heating

My tado system has stopped switching on my central heating. I have tried setting it to come on under manual control and also with the normal.achedule, neither cause the boiler to come on. The hit water works fine. I have reset the extension kit, smart thermostat and bridge but no difference.any further suggestions?

    @Ali_S If you stand next (close) to your smart thermostat and turn it on, can you hear the click of the connection being made? The result will help isolate the issue but suspect you're going to need Support on this.

    If I turn the temp down very low I can hear it click off but when I turn it up I cant hear it clicking on. The valve for the heating is warm so I wonder if it is stuck and overheating. I have a SSE heating engineer coming to check system today. Unfortunately they never seem to know anything about the tado, despite the fact they fitted it.

    Valve actuator replaced, seems to be working ok now, fingers crossed.
