App not working and can't sign in on web

I can't sign into the app, I just get 'Error - Connecting to the server has failed. Please check your Internet connection'. When I try to go to tado.com/login I get a '502 Bad Gateway' error (which is from the server).

Can anyone sign in at the moment? My system has been working fine for years, and my WiFi and Internet are all fine (I tried the app on 4G and got the same result).

    Having the same problem as well cant get onto the app any one know when this could be fixed??

    I cannot sign into the Tado app. I only see a spinning circle. Device is Samsung S9. No problemen on Tablet or on Samsung A51. How do i fix this.
