New Thermostat not detecting mount

Hi

I have just installed two tado thermostat as I have duel thermostats (one for downstairs and another for upstairs) however the upstairs one keeps showing a wrench/Spanner. I have attempted to reinsert it onto the bracket many times however same issue keeps appearing. Can anyone please advise? The other thermostat has installed just fine.

    Hi Techie93,

    It looks like your Smart Thermostat has not been installed. When you registered it to your tado° account and entered your former room thermostat's specifications, you should have received an email from our installation team.

    Sometimes in order for installation instructions to be prepared, our installation team needs some more information. If you answer to the email we sent you, we will be able to prepare installation instructions for you so that you can proceed with your installation.

    If you did not receive our email, please contact us here so we can find out what might have gone wrong.
