I have multiple smart thermostats and one of them has an old firmware compared to the others, how do you force an update ?

    Hi Keith,

    All tado° devices are updated to the most recent firmware version as soon as you first connect them to your Internet Bridge. You don't have to take any action in order to trigger this update.

    However, depending on the model and generation of your devices, their individual firmware version number might differ, so it is possible that you have observed that.

    If your device is trying to update but can't, this might be due to a weak radio connection. In that case you can simply move the Smart Thermostat to a more suitable place (close to the Internet Bridge, but no closer than 3 metres) in order for it to install the update. But normally this should not be necessary.

    same here, some are on firmware 54.12 some on 75.2 I moved Smart Thermostat but it stays 54.12
