Thermostat instructions

There were no user instructions in with my v2 smart thermostat. I've got it installed OK using the instructions on the website, but where can I now find usage instructions?

Thanks, but that is installation instructions. As I said, I have installed it ok. I now want usage instructions e.g. what do the various button presses do, how does the app work (it is not exactly the most intuitive app on the planet!), etc.

@Fishyweb OK - misunderstood. I'm afraid you are going to have to ask specific questions about usage. What are you struggling with please?

Thanks @samd, no worries.
It is not clear what the downwards arrow means on first pressing the button, what the icons are that you see on a longer press, or what functions may be available via other button press combinations on the device. Any hints would be appreciated.👍

It's a shame if no particular guide providing this information has been published!
