Wiring in a smart thermostat

I am currently using my smart thermostat but now want to wire it in. How can I find out which wires go where. My old thermostat has a red, yellow, green/yellow and blue wires

    @MSRees If you detail all the kit makes involved you might get an answer on here but better to ask support. Interested to know why you are going to do this.
