Device with unfinished installation not showing on device list
Hi folks,
Installing thermostat the other day I got delayed. I got it powered on and paired but not installed on the wall. The app is correctly saying the installation is not complete for that thermostat, and says to log on a tablet or pc. When I do, there's a red dot on devices, click on that and no device is listed (just a page with "Tado" at the top and nothing else), so I can't continue installation.
I've since installed a second thermostat upstairs with no problems. The temp etc for this shows fine, but the devices page on tablet/pc still shows no devices.
Is there someway I can completely restart the installation of the thermostat....remove the serial number etc and restart?

What I ended up doing was deleting the entire Home. This deleted the devices and then I started the whole thing from the start again and installed ok.
