How to enable temperature with comma (for example 20.5)

I wonder how I can enable to set a temputure like 20.5 instead of 20 or 21.
On my living room setting I can do this but for other rooms I cannot. Might be due my thermostat that I use as measure device in the living room.
If possible, how can I enable this for my other rooms too?
