Lost my Home
Evening All,
I am having a few issues with my Tado and home. Recently my Brother in Law invited me to join his home on Tado as we were looking after his house, however when i accepted the email i then went back to check my home which was no longer there. This was fine as i thought i would just have to recreate my home however every time i do this it states it is already assigned.
How do i get this sorted and get my home back?

Hi Craig,
Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to contact support - send a request to support@tado.com using the email address that you used to create the home.
