Hot water but no heating problem

Hi there,

Yesterday my heating stopped working. The hot water works fine and there are no problems connecting to the bridge and the extender. The boiler is firing up no problem for hot water

Tado Technician suggested it might be that diverter in the boiler is stuck on hot water

I'm waiting on an engineer to come around tomorrow - but on the phone call he suggested it might be a fault with Tado not with the boiler (There are no error codes on the boiler display)


Wondered if anyone else has had this problem and how did you solve it?

    Thank you for your post,

    I have reviewed your case and the conclusion made by my colleague was based on the results of a test performed by you, as instructed by my colleague.

    You have a system boiler, which means the boiler does not control your hot water, therefore you would not see an error code.

    You can have the engineer call us when he is on site and we can assist in finding the cause of the issue
