Is the support chat system down?

Can anyone confirm or otherwise if the live chat is down? I get the error "couldn't send" when trying to open a chant. I nedd to report an issue with my system whereby it went into away mode when I was not away.

    Solved. It is not down, Ghostery extension was preventing if from working. It didn't use to.
