Hi there.

it is possible to get a tado smart thermostat to regulate the heat of a tado radiator thermostat.

I have a tado radiator thermostat that sits in a different room than where to measure the temperature.

so the tado smart thermostat should control which tempered tado radiator thermostat has

is this setup possible?

    You can use a Smart Thermostat for this, but it at this stage it needs to be configured manually by us - contact support@tado.com or use this link for further assistance.

    Now I have bought a Tado smart thermostat.

    What am I supposed to do now? To get it to control my tado radiator thermostat?

    After registering and pairing the thermostat, please drop support@tado.com a short note with the serial number and the room it is to be added to so this can be configured for you.
