Iv followed the start up assistant and wired this into the boiler but now central heating wont work with reciever on

Hi Jay,

The most common cause is incorrect wiring, or that the jumper on the Extension Kit is in the wrong position (or missing altogether).

For the former, an engineer will most likely need to look into this for you - please contact support@tado.com or use this link for assistance.

**Very important:** Please include pictures of the wiring of tado° and the old thermostat.
