Thermostat display not working

Hi all

My thermostat display has suddenly stopped working; when I press the button, nothing appears on it, so that the only way I have to override the temperature is via the app.

Is there anything I can do?

I read in another thread that a guy, who was having problems with his thermostat display was suggested to replace its batteries (although the thermostat is running on mains, isn't it?); would it make sense to try that?

    It would indeed - thermostat works on batteries not mains

    The same has happened to me but the batteries are ok, what else could it be?
