Heating not switching off

Hi,
I’ve just installed tado smart thermostat V3+ (with extension kit) got it all up and running. Set the temp to 20deg! It’s now 25.5deg 🥵 and the heating is not switching off!! Can anyone help?

    It probably is an installation problem. You should contact the support team.

    Thanks 👍 after a bit more research online, I had one wire on the extension kit in the wrong terminal point! all good now thou.
