No wifi lights on tado x bridge

I've just changed my isp from BT to Sky and having problems with setting up the bridge. I tried a reset of the bridge using WPS but on holding it down to bring up the green internet lights absolutely nothing happened. The power light remains on but no green lights. I tried to reconnect through the app but as expected it didn't find the bridge. Working fine under BT. I've tried splitting the Ssid to give a 2.4ghz connection but I don't think the bridge is looking for anything as there are no green lights coming up at all.
