email - Please reconnect tado° with Amazon Alexa before July 31
The email giving instructions regarding above didn’t mention I'd lose all my programming settings for each room which have taken ages for me to setup and adjust to get the programming to suit my needs.
Not happy!

I've been using Tado with Alexa for several years and never had a problem when I added Tado to Alexa.
If this came from Tado, perhaps their support can assist in recovering your schedules. Have you raised a ticket with them for this?

I’ve not received any email. I have TadoX thermostat and valve. Used to work fine with Alexa. Now I just get “Thermostat is not responding” response from Alexa. No idea what’s wrong. Maybe an issue at Tado servers perhaps?
