Always home when geofencing.
One of 2 devices always showing home and not turning heating off when away. Both devices can be at same location at the time when not at home but only one of them will be out of home area and 2nd at home. Both devices settings identical. Tryed to delete and reinstall app but still same issue.

Contact support. They can debug this. It doesnt take long to work out whats causing the problem and to solve it, assuming that both mobile devices have their navigation sensors on and that the Tado app is allowed to access it.

@AUr @policywonk As policywonk suggests ... contact support. From our experience, this sounds like a local setting issue on the device. Sometimes, geo fencing with phone apps are strange.
