Wireless Receiver X issue
Hi there,
Have just installed the wireless receiver and had successfully connected it to my router and it had verified the connection and also completed the configuring stage. However, when I came to install the wireless temperature sensor I struggled to get it to pair. After some searching in the internet I found a suggestion to run the system from my guest wireless which runs solely at 2.4 Ghz. To do this I reset the wireless receiver but when I tried to connect again it now continually fails at the ‘configuring your wireless receiver’ part and returns a ‘Unable to configure your wireless receiver error’
Any ideas on how I can remedy this issue. I have reset everything numerous times, including rebooting the router, resetting the wireless receiver but to no avail. I am making sure that my phone is also on the guest wireless.

Have you tried a factory reset of the WR? This should clear any existing wifi settings and allow you to set up again.
