Thermostat

My heating is not working, the boiler is saying room thermostat is blocking the heating mode, when you look at taco on my app it looks like it's We working but as I say we have no heating. The boiler has been checked and I've been told it's working fine. Can anyone advise me please

    The most immediate thing: contact support and make it plain that you have no heat. They have a duty to prioritise these cases.

    Next co me back with this information. We'll try and work through this with you.

    • Whats your boiler specific model?
      • Does it run with digital controls or old school on-off controls?
      • Is it a combi? If it is - does it produce hot water?
      • Are there zone valves? Explain what they cover.
    • What specific Tado kit do you have in place?
      • Tado X or Tado V3+?
      • A wireless receiver?
      • Wired or wireless thermostats?
      • Smart TRVs?
    • Are the internet bridge's LEDs (all three of them) lit and constant?
    • Is this a new installation, or is this a new problem in an installation thats been working for months?
