I can do neither. Apparently I do not have permission to change my picture. Pressing the vote count does nothing.

    I can't change my picture either as I'm getting a permission error.

    If you register using Facebook, then it's possible to change picture. Otherwise not, sorry

    About the voting: this is strange. Can you try maybe different browsers and check if that is helping yes or no?
