My Tado doesnt work well.

Hello guys,
I just installed Tado like it has to be. But it seems like when I turn the radiator off, its not off because its still hot. And when I turn to 25 degrees is not that warm at all. So its seems like there is a issue. The black pin only makes movement sounds when I go from 25 to 0 or the otherway. When I go from 25 to 20 it doesnt even make any sound.
By saying this some of ur colleagues tried to calibrate the machine frim distance but this didnt make any change.
Is it possible that the Tado could handle the big radiator? Its the living room.

I just installed it to another smaller radiator just to see what happens, but even there the Tado cant turn the radiator off. It seems like when the pin is max out it cant reach the radiator by 100%0
