The heating does not activate

I I have installed tado replacing a Honeywell T6360 analog thermostat.
I have connected the connection as indicated in the instructions, but the heating does not activate at any time. I attach photographs of the heating. If i jumper the wires, the heating activates.

    Hello @Luis_F welcome. The wiring appears to be correct. First, check that the thermostat seats correctly. Otherwise you are best to contact Tado support for help.
