Moved into a house with Tado
Hi everyone, we’ve just moved into a property where the previous owner had the tado system. It’s been assigned to us and I can control the heating from the app. However we have no hot water, the ap says hot water is on but the shower is cold! How do we change this? I’m not tech savvy so it’s been a challenge already!

Perhaps you could supply a few more details about the system, does it have a combi boiler, is there a hot water tank, is it Y or S plan, what tado° equipment is there, for example . . .0

If you go to your boiler you should find the white tado control box nearby. Turn off all your heating via the app and wait for the boiler to stop.
If you then just turn hot water on either in the app or by pressing the hot water button on the tado box, does your boiler kick in?0
