One room not turning on boiler when required

We have one room (very important room = my study!) which despite being below the setpoint and therefore 'calling for heat' it doesn't turn the boiler on. Any ideas why?

If another room is being heated then the study rad gets hot. Rad valve is responding to changes in set point.

Cheers … Kevin

Hello @Kevin_Slater Important to have the Study warm :) A couple of questions …

    • In the room settings. Is 'HEATING ZONE' set to a 'Zone controller' (like our Study in the photo below) or 'independent'?
    • There is limit of ten 'zones'. How many devices do you have installed and how many zones?
