Tado wireless thermostat not triggering boiler for heating

I had a boiler service completed yesterday and all fine
This morning I have no heating, the boiler is on and seems fine, WiFi on but can’t trigger.
Have turned boiler off at the mains and on again
Plumber not able to come back out quickly 🙄
Any advice please while I wait?

I think you need to supply a bit more detail about your system before anyone can make suggestions about what the problem might be . . .

Ok good point, I have a wireless tado thermostat and a valiant combi boiler … not sure if this is sufficient info…

I have changed batteries in the thermostat
I have reset WiFi and lights are on, on the box in the loft
I’ve turned boiler off and on at the mains
Boiler light is green and water is hot
Just can’t seem to get the thermostat to turn boiler on for heating
App and thermostat show heating on and rads all cold

@CFlattery Hello. As @hugbilly suggested, more information and system details will help others to help you. What Tado devices are you using? Although the boiler is a combi, do you have zone valves on the plumbing?
If you are using the wireless temperature sensor, presumably you have the wireless receiver wired into your boiler? What is happening with the lights on the receiver?
