I have wired Danfoss ECtemp smart thermostats for undefloor heating. Does anyone know if I can replace them with wired Tado Smart Thermostat X.

    I have access to the link.
    Unfortunately my colleagues seems to be correct, your system is not compatible as the thermostats cannot be replaced with tado°.
    Sorry about that.

    I tried that, but the agent took days to answer and didn't even read the question properly. He just kept replying with general remarks and a link I cannot access (https://hvactool.tado.com/boilerControl/show/23196) .

    I tried explaining that this is just a thermostat which opens and closes an underfloor heating zone, but he kept talking about boilers.
