My timer has 3 neutral and 3 live wires and HW off, HW on, CH on wires (9 wires total)

Why does it have 3 neutral and 3 live wires? and do I just copy it over to the tado one?

    I suspect one or more other sockets or appliances in your electrical system are looped on from the backplate . . .
