New DIY install replacing TP9000
I have a viessmann system boiler and hot water tank controlled by a Danfoss TP9000 on the 1st floor landing which schedules the HW and CH. I'm looking to DIY install the Tado V3+ Wireless Heating & Hot Water Smart Thermostat Starter Kit. I'll replace the TP9000 (no remote sensors) with the wireless reciever which appears to be a straight swap, could it really be that simple? Any help much appreciated 🙂

What specific model of boiler is it? It affects the model of kit to purchase as well as the wiring involved. Please also clarify whether there are zone valves involved and what specific thermstats control those valves.0

Boiler is a vitodens 100w, 2 motorised valves near hw tank, right one for radiator circuit and left to tank heat exchanger, photo attached. Hot Water tank has temperature thermostat, heating uses thermostat integral to the tp9000 programmer.

@SammyR1982 Welcome. This looks like a straightforward swap to me. Best to reach out to the Tado support guys for confirmation from the main web site.

Make sure they get the exact model of vitodens 100.0
