Has the geofencing control toggle that used to appear when editing a time block disappeared for anyo

There used to be an 'advanced settings' section with a Geofencing control switch - but this morning I noticed it isn't there for me.

It's still there when I add a new time block, but when I go to edit an existing time block I don't have it any more. Strange.

    same for me. Not sure why they are decreasing functionality.

    Same for me. Whilst I understand that they might want to simplify the app, my practical issue is that I have my hot water tank on a schedule - this used to ignore geofencing. Now, if I'm out of the house my water will not heat. Hopefully this can be added back in

    Hello everyone,

    I doubt this is an issue of "decreasing functionality".

    Having just had a look at your accounts, it seems the toggle is now back. It was likely a small bug that got fixed quickly.

    Thanks @Emcee. No problem if it is just a bug - but I still don't have the geofencing toggle when I edit an existing time block. (As I said before, it's there if I create a new time block, but not if I edit an existing one).

    same with me. First noticed it yesterday. If I add a new block it's there, but when I edit the new time block it's not there.

    Thank you for letting me know. I will investigate what might be causing this and keep you in the loop.

    Until then, here is a potential solution:

    The Geofencing toggle might have disappeared because it's now located in the Advanced Settings of the time block. To find it:

    1. Go to the Room Screen in our app
    2. Tap the Smart Schedule icon in the upper right corner
    3. Tap on the relevant time block
    4. Look for "Advanced Settings"
    5. You should find the Geofencing toggle there

    Geofencing is enabled by default for every time block. When on, the time block activates only if we're in Home Mode. If off, the time block activates regardless of your location. This is useful for situations like having a cleaner or kids at home without smartphones.

    Hi,
    Regarding 3 & 4 above: the advanced settings section is not there any more. Maybe that is the problem? If the advanced settings section was there, maybe the toggle would also be there?
