Hi

i would like power on and power off the heating system without using application on the phone. My system is basic , the router connected to boiler doesn't have the power on/off button.
Sometime can happen that I don't stay at home and the family have need switch on the system, How can it be done?
I make this question to the support unanswered.
It should be possible through the wireless sensor that acts as a thermostat activate the functions of the system as is done with hot water, as is in all other systems.

    Go to your app and turn off Geofencing. It will stop responding to where you are and carry on looking at the house's needs when you are out.

    Failing that, give the family access to a Tado app, via another mobile.

    Ok thank but in the case that internet connection is OFF and the system is down how I can switch on ?
