All tado devices suddenly offline

This morning all my tado V3 devices are suddenly offline. The internet connection is fine, and I have restarted the radio receiver but still everything is showing offline. I have paired the wireless thermostat as well.

Any thoughts & suggestions welcomed

    Hello @Bodders

    If you are sure your internet connection is fine, you should also confirm that your Internet Bridge is powered and connected to the router. If this is the source of the issue, this article gives more information on how to move forward.

    Thanks for your reply Emcee. I have restarted my router & the radio receiver but still nothing - all devices offline

    Hi! Not sure if you’ve checked this. Had the same issue.
    All rooms offline. But in Settings Rooms & Devices the devices were there.
    Turned out that the batteries [3x AAA] in my Smart Thermostat needed replacing.
    I didn’t know there were batteries in there. Thought it got its power from the boiler.

    I had the same thing yesterday (new-ish install). One device went off, then another, then another. Lasted a few hours and then all came back o.O There was no server outage from what I could see but my internet was fine. Very weird.

    Same here. I have Tado X. All my room thermostats are offline. It is not possible to get them connected back online.

    Tado X - all devices offline today. Internet fine. Anyone else have the same issue?

    @JasonD Did you get this fixed? I've just had five X devices go offline about an hour ago.

    Can anyone advise the cause and solution for this yet? My X system has just all gone offline. All Tado X radiator valves and wireless thermostat offline in the mobile app and no WiFi symbol on their screen. Tado wireless receiver provides the network connection and it is still online and not showing any errors in the mobile app.

    Update: I didn’t find any particular instructions or details but have just tried a soft reset on the Tado X Wireless Receiver and the radiator thermostats seem to be coming back to life. Not all are reconnected yet but each time I look back at the app one or two more are ok so hopefully the rest will be there soon. I certainly hope so at 23:30 on a week night in the middle of winter. Time will tell.
