Configuration stuck in S-Plan Y-Plan. Need it in Combi setting

I have had the tado wireless Smart Thermostat and receiver installed. The heating is not coming on. It switches on in test mode but the receiver test shows that it is in Green config, it needs to be in Combi boiler setting. When I follow the instructions by pressing both test buttons at once and then changing it. It flashes for a while and goes back to the green config when I check it again.
Checked the wiring twice.

    Did you have any luck resolving this? I have a similar issue but trying to go from combi setting to S plan which is green configuration. Despite following instructions I cannot for the life of me get it to change to green.

    Have contacted Tado chat but with no response thus far.

    Any advice from anywhere would be much appreciated!
