Account problem
I have two zones on the house one for our heating one for new extension for underfloor
I set up two different accounts for this one I my phone and one on my wife's.
Then made the mistake of adding my email address as a user on my wife's phone and I cannot now connect to my original account which seems to want a new setup.
Can I get the old one back?

Bottom line, I believe, is that house needs to have ONE account in charge. It can have many assigned proxies. You have to decide which email address is the master, then, via your wife's account, contact Tado support and ask them to make the changes.
