Radiator valves not firing up boiler

I have wired smart thermostat upstairs and downstairs and 4 valves but they don't seem to be communicating to the boiler unless the 2 wired ones are on

    Does your system turn on a motorised valve when there is a call for CH heating? If so, it seems that one or both wired stats are the primary drivers of that valve.

    If you need to change that position, I think you will need to rewire the wiring centre so that the Tado wireless receiver directly switches the motorised valve when there is a call for CH heat. Best to see if one of the moderators agrees with this. Am not a plumber or sparkie.
