Potterton powermax HE install

Hi all, i’ve purchased a wireless v3 starter kit and it seems the tado app doesn’t have install instructions for my boiler as i don’t have an existing wireless controller. I have a wired thermostat (honeywell) and that is it.

I couldn’t find a thread with a wiring pinout or instructions on how to connect it up. Does anyone have the same setup to share a picture of the wiring or know what i need to do to get me going?

Any help would be appreciated.

Look for page 21. It allows you to fit a remote control programmer and gives the wiring for that as well as the main thermostat.

Strongly suggest you fit tado smart trvs on the radiators if you are going to fit a tado controller.

Thanks for this. I will take a look at the tado unit again later, hopefully it’s pretty straight forward to connect it up now.

I fitted a tado system in my previous home that had a worcester combi but as i had an existing programmer it was a bit more obvious what to do.
