Smart Radiator Thermostat problem
Dear Community,
I have two Tado radiator thermostats that have worked well for two years or so. Now after I replaced the batteries (positioned correctly) no thermostat works anymore. I tried various brands of batteries (Varta, Duracell, Energizer). After replacing the batteries, I attached the thermostat accordingly. The Hi symbol appeared, after which the calibration was done (you can hear the operation of the engine inside) and everything is ok in the application. From the application I can change the temperature and it transmits it to the thermostat and vice versa if I change it manually from the thermostat it changes in the application. So far everything is ok. The problem is that whenever I change the temperature to maximum or minimum, the engine does not work at all (can't be heard anymore). No error appears in the application or on the thermostat display. How can I solve this problem?

The problem with my smart thermostats is that they no longer act mechanically inside when I change the temperature.
The only mechanical sound is when they do their calibration.
I mention that the axes of the radiator valves are not blocked.0
