Central Heating not switching on via Tado (hot water ok)

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help. I've installed tado wireless, thermostat, receiver and bridge. All connected. App speaking to thermostat and receiver and switching on/off hot water, boiler fires up. However with central heating the light goes on (receiver) when i increase temperature to switch on heating but it doesn't activate the boiler.

Can someone please help? 3 port valve is set to W as far as i can see i tried in M but didn't seem to help

    It's there a zone valve in your wiring? Have you ensured that when the controller knows there is a call for heat that the zone valve is triggered by the wiring from the controller?
