Boiler has runaway

About an hour ago I noticed it getting very warm and I tried to control it via the app and by the wall thermostat. Nothing worked and as the room temperature was approaching 27 deg c, I've isolated it. I've been trying to set up a smart radiatoradiator thermostat today and I wouldn't be surprised if that's something to do with it. I never completed the set-up as I've a couple of questions (see my earlier post). I'm now without heating or hot water and it's going to get near zero tonight. Any ideas please?
