Compatibility between Tado X and Buderus Logamax
Hello, I bought Tado X inteligent thermostat starter kit Multiroom. I have started installation but the app does not recognize my heating system which is Buderus logamax plus GB 162-25 t40s V3 with RC35. It asked me to call for a professional technician. Does it mean that Tado X and my Buderus heating system are incompatible and I will not get a full functionality? Any ideas and recommendations? Many thanks in advance.

Did you do a compatibility check before making the purchase? If you did not, you can still do so now by contacting support (chatbox at bottom right corner of screen). They will tell you whether your heating system is compatible with X and/or tado°'s previous generations.
If your heating system is not compatible, you may need to enlist the help of a professional installer.
