No bill from Tado - What to do?
I don't get an invoice for the yearly tado assist with German VAT from tado - I do not find it when I do logging in my tado account. What we do now is we write a replacement invoice from the Tado GmbH, Sapporobogen 6, 880637 Munich, Germany with VAT-ID DE280245443. This i how I book it and claim the 19% VAT from the German financial government back. It works, and we get the 19 percent VAT back, but is that the right way?

Unfortunately, for this you'll have to contact support.
You should be able to see a chat box at the lower right corner of your screen.
Open a chat and select the "I have a question about my order" option when prompted, this will direct you to the right people.0
