Hot water settings
In my new house a tado thermostat was already installed.
Without the Internet bridge (I was waiting to receive it from the previous owner) I could turn on the heating system and raise or lower the hot water temperature.
After connecting the bridge, the water temperature setting disappeared.
How can I display this setting again?
I tried by activate the HW settings in the ID menù configuration but nothing changed.

Looking at the account, this has already been solved. But yes, in cases like this it makes most sense to contact our support as there is no one solution that will fit every situation.
Here, the previous user used an Opentherm connection with the boiler, which also came with a hot water zone. Now, Elia90 initially configured the wired thermostat as a relay device, which does not have the possibility of a hot water zone (only Extension Kits and UK wireless receivers have a second relay for a hot water zone). I see this has now already been changed to Opentherm with the hot water zone. I also see Opentherm communication with the boiler, so my presumption is that it is solved.
However, there can also be cases where the issue seems superficially the same, but requires a different configuration. That is why contacting support is the best solution.
