How do you contact Tado?

I'm seriously cheesed off having paid many hundreds of pounds for a Tado v3 Wireless only to find Opentherm isn't there (apparently it's been removed since the numerous videos I watched about the benefits of Tado and Opentherm!)

I've submitted a request, tried the chatbot (infuriatingly useless) and even started a message session with someone who never answered after the initial "Hello"

What is wrong with this company?

    I see you've started 3 chats in the last 8 hours. For future reference, best is to stick to one so as not to create duplicate tickets (which take up our agents' time).

    As our agent outlined, the issue is that tado° cannot work with digital protocols on heat-only system boilers in the UK. This is why compatibility checks are important.
