New to me TADO. Water control problem

I have recently moved Into to a new to me house with TADO. The previous owner demonstrated the rads control and water on/off control on the wall thermostat. Now that I have set up on phone via the app I have no water On/off controls on wall therm control or on my app control. The app tells me that the internet bridge, extension kit and smart thermostat are all connected. Can anyone advise where I am going wrong?

    Somehow as your account for moved from the previous owner to you, the configuration has not transferred fully. Get Tado support to get involved. This shouldn't take more than 10 mins after they've spoken to you.
  • I followed the advice of Policywonk and contacted TADO support. They sorted the problem. The change from one person to another interfered with the profile.
