Internet Bridge, can one be ordered?

Does anyone know how to contact Tado directly? I have lost the internet Bridge device due to our internet engineers sorting out my internet. It been a couple of months now and I decided yesterday late last night to turn my heating on. The Tado app said im offline so checked….no Bridge device.

    Are you saying the engineers might have taken your Internet Bridge? 😅

    What I can see from your backend is that your Internet Bridge hasn't been connected in 4 months (since 10 April)

    You can buy individual Internet Bridges here. They are currently being sold at a discount.

    If you contact tado° support via our live chat, they may be able to give you an additional discount if you meet certain criteria.
