I already successfully install TADO technology into my heating system including hot water preparation.

Heart of the system is gas boiler – Immergas Victrix Zeus Superior 25. Boiler is connected with Tado via Wireless Receiver (WR). WR is able to switch boiler ON/OFF. I am not able to monitor status of boiler via Tado application in mobile, e.g. in case of any error of boiler? In this case Tado switch boiler ON but boiler not working because an error…

Do you have any ideas how to solved?

    Hi @Hana

    Unfortunately, I see in your backend that you have a relay system interface. In this case, it will not be possible to monitor the status of your boiler in any instance, even if tado° offered the ability to see greater boiler data.

    If, on the other hand, you had Opentherm or Bus, this might be possible in the future. Other community members have made this request in the past.
