Tado valves and Beretta meteo mix 24 csi boiler

I'm Mario from Italy.
In my home I have 8 radiators, 6 on the ground floor and two in the basement (tavern + laundry), all managed by a thermostat located in the room on the ground floor.
Now I need to better regulate the temperature in the basement and I was thinking of adding thermostatic valves on all the radiators and controlling them via the internet bridge and tado app.
I was thinking of raising the temperature on the original thermostat (RC 05 BERETTA) to the maximum and adjusting the temperature of the various valves. From what I have been able to read my boiler is not compatible with the tado thermostat as it does not have the opentherm protocol and I need to also manage domestic water.
Do you think this setup works?
