How do I get my old Home removed?
I moved out of a flat with a tado, adding the new owner to the home and getting them to remove me. I've bought new tado devices for my new place, but it seems we missed the step where they take total ownership of the home. As such I can't create a new Home for my new devices. The chat agent suggested contacting them but that's been unsuccessful, and I can't start a new chat session to raise this again as it redirects me to the same agent who is probably not on shift.
What can I do?

I had a look at your account. The funny thing is, your email is still connected to your Home, but the list of of 'people' in the app is limited to one person which isn't you. Unfortunately, my only recommendation is to keep talking to the agent to find what is causing this issue.0

Yes, the agent says they can't do anything, but this leaves me in a pickle when it comes to all the integrations, which is the point of having a smart thermostat. Otherwise I'll just have to send this back?
